Nylon 66 (Polyamide 66) Compounds – Virgin, Hybrid & Recycled Grades

Nylon 66 (Polyamide 66) extends the proven performance of polyamides into higher operating temperatures, with greater stiffness, heat resistance and dimensional stability than PA6. Jyoti World compounds PA66 in-house, including high-glass-content grades up to 50% GF for structurally demanding, heat-exposed applications.

Features

  • High-temperature performance – suited to under-bonnet and heat-exposed parts
  • High mechanical strength with excellent stiffness-toughness balance
  • Excellent chemical, abrasion and fatigue resistance
  • Good dimensional stability and low tendency to creep
  • Outstanding sliding friction properties
  • High glass-fiber loadings (up to 50% GF) for maximum rigidity
  • Flame-retardant variants available

Typical Applications

Automotive engine-compartment and structural components, electrical connectors and switchgear, lighting hardware, industrial fasteners and gears, and high-load appliance parts.
